Chakra Opening Exercises – Audio

The PDF file (on the same press pack page) is not so detailed and includes the use of the mountaineering harness and rope to ground one, but I really feel that is is not necessary for this exercise.

I make the minor mistake of illustrating the point of origin of the sacral chakra after extending and rotating it, but correct that in the other chakras.

I do feel however that people who use this will know the basic knowledge of the chakra locations.
